The Macoupin County Public Health Department is helping Macoupin County residents get healthier through making small changes and better choices by:  

• Identifying and/or developing biking, jogging, and walking routes in Macoupin County communities

• Holding walk/run/bike events throughout the County

• Updating local restaurant menus to include healthier options

• Promoting healthy products in local grocery stores
